Finyl Sales, Inc. services the construction industry in the southeastern United States. We are a dealer and a fabrication facility for exterior products. Ted Hagemeyer is the owner and founder of Finyl Sales, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in the railing, fence, and custom fabrication industry. Ted was raised on a farm in Ohio that raced harness horses. He moved to Ocala in 1988 to manage a horse farm. In 1996, he started Finyl Sales. Ted and his wife Pam strive to keep FSI as a company that honors God and family. In that spirit, FSI works toward the highest quality products, employees and relationships with our clients.
Rich Westfall is our Purchasing Manager and started working with Finyl Sales in 2010. He was born in Indiana and grew up in Largo, Florida. Rich has been married for 28 years and has three children. His interest in the construction industry started as weekend home repair projects and moved to doing side jobs in construction. After fifteen years with United Parcel Service, Rich left to pursue his passion full time. Rich has worked in many facets of the construction industry including supervising home building, outside construction sales, inside construction sales, warehouse management and operations management. He knows the operations of Finyl Sales and can help you with your project.
Michael Hall is Project Manager for Finyl Sales. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Mike was on the Dean’s List at Valencia College in Orlando where he earned his Associates of Arts with an emphasis in Business Administration and Management. He was again on the Dean’s List at University of Central Florida in Orlando where he studied Management Information Systems. He has been in the construction industry since 2006 and started with Finyl Sales in early 2016. As an integral part of the team, he handles Assisted Living Facilities, high-end Commercial Amenity Centers, and Multi-Family Projects.
Charlie Callaway is the Senior Superintendent for Finyl Sales. Charlie moved from Delaware to Florida with his wife and two sons in 1997. He started working for Finyl Sales in July of 2006. He was our first full time installer and quickly took on more responsibilities. He oversees our installation crews as well as the fabrication shop, providing overall leadership and technical management for all of our projects. He manages our 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility while also facilitating our field operations and related personnel. He directs them in the planning, coordination and execution of work to be on time and within budget while promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image.
Brenda Dauner is the Accounts Manager for Finyl Sales. Brenda worked for a large construction company in Cincinnati, Ohio before moving to Ocala in 2009. She’s been with Finyl Sales since 2009 and quickly became one of the employees that everyone relies on. She is a valued employee and we are happy to have her on our team.
